What is the social bond - COVID 19?

Electricity social bonus is a discount on electricity bills.

COVID 19: New beneficiaries. They are considered vulnerable consumers and can access a 25% discount on your electric bill:

Article 28. Right to perception of the social bond by self-employed persons who have ceased trading or have seen their turnover as a result of the COVID-19.

For this purpose, it is considered the family unit constituted under the provisions of Law 35/2006 of 28 November on the Income Tax of Individuals and partial modification of the laws of the Corporation Tax on non-Resident Income and Wealth.

Article 1. Applicable regulations and deadlines for correction and communication for the application, if any of the social bond provided for in Art.28 of the RD-Law 11/2020
